At MeowMouth, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, periods of high order volume, inventory delays, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Shipping Times
After processing, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 6 to 9 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7 to 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipping the order.

Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, severe weather, labor disruptions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other external conditions. If we become aware of a material shipping delay before shipment, we may contact you regarding your order.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package generally passes to the customer, subject to applicable law. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier directly before contacting us.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@meowmouth.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date, and include your order number and clear photos if applicable. We may request additional information to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
